By using NETDEELERS, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our services.

1. Introduction

NETDEELERS is an online marketplace designed to facilitate the buying and selling of digital assets. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms apply to all users, whether you are a buyer, seller, or visitor.

Key Definitions:

“We,” “Us,” and “Our” refer to NETDEELERS and its operators.

“You” and “Your” refer to you, the user of our platform, whether as a buyer, seller, or visitor.

“Digital Assets” refer to any digital products or services that can be bought or sold on our platform.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility criteria. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization and warrant that you have the authority to bind the organization to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of NETDEELERS, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

Keep your account information secure and confidential.

Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we suspect that you have violated these Terms or engaged in any fraudulent or unlawful activities.

4. Use of the Service

By using NETDEELERS, you agree to:

Use the platform for lawful purposes only.

Not engage in any activity that violates the rights of others, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, and contractual rights.

Not use the platform to harass, defraud, or harm others.

You also agree not to:

Use automated systems (e.g., bots) to access the platform without our express permission.

Interfere with the operation of the platform or impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our platform if we suspect misuse or violations of these Terms.

5. Buying and Selling Digital Assets

NETDEELERS serves as a marketplace for buyers and sellers of digital assets. The platform allows sellers to list their digital assets and buyers to purchase them. By using our platform, you agree to the following rules for buying and selling:

5.1 Sellers

You must provide accurate descriptions of the digital assets you are selling.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to sell the assets and that your listings comply with all applicable laws.

You agree to deliver the digital assets to the buyer promptly upon receiving payment.

You are responsible for setting your own prices, and any disputes related to the quality or delivery of the digital assets must be resolved between you and the buyer.

5.2 Buyers

You are responsible for reviewing the seller’s listings and ensuring that you understand what you are purchasing.

You agree to pay for the digital assets you purchase, including any applicable taxes or fees.

Once you make a purchase, you are bound by the seller’s terms of sale, including delivery times and refund policies.

NOTE

For Instagram accounts and any other products where Gmail access is shared at the time of delivery, full payment will be made after 7 days. Reason: Google takes up to 7 days to update the recovery email and phone number. During this period, the original owner (seller) may still have the ability to recover the account. For all other products and situations, full payment will be made within 3-12 hour after the deal is completed.

6. Payment and Fees

NETDEELERS provides a platform for transactions between buyers and sellers, but we are not responsible for processing payments or handling disputes. Payments are made directly between the buyer and seller using the payment methods they agree upon.

We may charge fees for certain services, such as premium listings or promotional services. These fees will be clearly disclosed before you agree to use the service. You are responsible for paying any applicable fees associated with your use of NETDEELERS.

NOTE

Only one product can be listed under a single plan. No guarantee of listing will be sold. Listing Fee is not Refundable in Any Case. If the seller fails to deliver the product after of 48hr a buyer places an order, double the listing fee will be charged as a penalty

7. Refunds and Disputes

Refunds and disputes are handled between buyers and sellers. NETDEELERS does not provide any guarantees or warranties regarding the quality, legality, or delivery of digital assets. However, we encourage users to resolve disputes amicably and in good faith.

In the event of a dispute, NETDEELERS may, at our discretion, assist in facilitating communication between buyers and sellers, but we are not obligated to mediate disputes or provide refunds.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on NETDEELERS, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of NETDEELERS or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to:

Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without our express permission.

Use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

By uploading or submitting content to our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as part of the Service.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using NETDEELERS, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

NETDEELERS is a marketplace platform that facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers. We do not control or guarantee the quality, legality, or delivery of digital assets listed on our platform. As such, we are not liable for:

Any losses or damages arising from transactions on the platform.

Any errors, interruptions, or delays in the Service.

Any unauthorized access to your account or personal information.

In no event shall NETDEELERS, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NETDEELERS and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the platform or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account or access to the platform at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, you must cease using the platform and delete any copies of our content in your possession.

13. Changes to the Terms

NETDEELERS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by posting a notice on our platform or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Maharashtra, India.
